        This is to inform you that our ex employees Mr. Niraj Kumar, Mr. Sujit Kumar alias Nitish Kumar, Mr. Mukesh Kumar and Mr.Sujit Kumar have committed fraud under section 120 B ( Criminal Conspiracy), Sec. 406 ( Criminal Breach of Trust), Sec. 465 (Forgery), Sec. 468 ( Forgery for the purpose of Cheating) and Sec. 471 (Using as genuine, a forged documents) of the IPC and are found guilty of financial scam in our institution. They are terminated from the service and enquiry is going on against these accused persons. After completion of departmental enquiry, the management of Digmani B Ed College will take appropriate legal action against  Mr. Niraj Kumar S/o Bhola Prasad R/o Rafigunj, Aurangabad, Mr. Mukesh Kumar R/o Patel Nagar, Warisaliganj, Nawada, Mr. Sujit Kumar alias Nitish Kumar R/o Islampur, Nalanda & Mr.Sujit Kumar R/o Giridih, Jharkhand. Please do not contact these persons for any matter related with our college.
